Joseph Virgilio is a graduate of the University of Toronto and received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Knowledgeable and experienced senior legal counsel, Joe practices in the areas of real estate, land development, mortgages, wills and estates, and business law.
In addition to his many years of legal practice, Joe served as an elected Trustee on the York Region Separate School Board and then as a dedicated and effective Councillor in the Town of Markham for thirteen years where he was a member of the Committee of Adjustment and a director of the Markham District Energy Board. This range and depth of experience make him a respected and sought-after advisor on real estate matters, land use planning issues and a broad range of other areas of municipal concern. Joe knows how to get things done.
Joe finds it most satisfying when he is viewed as an ongoing family legal resource bringing clients and their families peace of mind as they move through life’s stages.
Joe is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and a Director of the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization and is able to provide services in both English and Italian.
Vince Perricone is a graduate of York University and received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Vince’s practice focuses on all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial, industrial and residential properties as well as a broad practice representing institutional and private lenders on the completion of mortgage financing transactions.
Vince also advises clients regarding general corporate and commercial matters including incorporations, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganizations, asset and share purchase and sale transactions.
In addition, he also advises on Will and Estate Planning matters including drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and the administration of estates.
Vince is a Member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.
Jullian Brunino is a graduate of Toronto Metropolitan University and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Queen’s University.
He maintains a general residential and commercial real estate practice including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and development.
Prior to joining Virgilio Law, Jullian articled at a boutique real estate and corporate law firm in Toronto.
Jullian is committed to assisting his clients in achieving their business goals while providing practical legal advice in a timely manner.
He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Ontario Bar Association.
